The staff was professional and very amiable, some of them especially. The room was perfect and spotless with an electric fireplace stuffed into a crooked cubbyhole. Having breakfast with hot waffles and scrambled eggs was a nice bonus.

The staff are professional and the room is well decorated and well-equipped with an electric fireplace stuffed into a crooked cubbyhole. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator are available. The location is central, very close to Niagara's tourist area and quaint downtown Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and the restaurants on Queen Street. Clifton Hill district won't disappoint you.

It was a WARM stay during a vacation. Central location was a plus. There were bars and restaurants nearby. We had room which had a kitchen, a couch, and a comfortable couch and was impeccably clean and attractive.

We enjoyed the convenience of the king room available with even reasonably sized kitchen, separate bedroom, as example. The location was marvellous and pleasant, in a quiet neighborhood close to a WeGo bus stop, convenient to go everywhere.

We had delicious and tasty breakfasts.

The breakfast is good hot with homemade gluten free cookies, had outstanding food. The venue is placed in a central position close to downtown.

The location was perfect and comfortable, the public spaces were reasonably clean and the staff was competent. The suite was inviting, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The staff members were all polite and accommodating.

Relaxing hotel and great and comfortable location close to bus stop. Excellent fruit, scrambled eggs and hot waffles supplied. Nicely furnished executive apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom, for instance. Amiable, amicable staff towards all guests. Location just off Niagara's tourist area and quaint downtown Niagara Falls, the Queen Street District downtown Niagara which was a great place to eat, and all the major tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming bed & breakfast in Niagara Falls. The room was spotless and spacious, with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The host, though not the most personable, was excellent at managing and providing for our needs. The breakfast, although a bit disorganized and slow due to the host handling everything himself, was a hot meal with enough options to satisfy us. it was a great experience and we would recommend it to others.
